If you have a claim against several people, you may receive the annual disbursement at different times.
The reason is that those who have debt restructuring have been granted this at different times of the year. We make disbursements once a month throughout the year.
The debt restructuring payment service has the following disbursement dates:
- 27 March
- 26 April
- 26 May
- 26 June
- 26 July
- 25 August
- 25 September
- 26 October
- 27 November
- 27 December
Dates are subject to change
Please note that the dates of the disbursements are subject to change. In case of unplanned delays, we will notify you.
Foreign payment and payment via payment slip
For foreign payments and for payments via payment slip, the payment takes a couple of extra business days.

How it works for a person under debt restructuring
A person under debt restructuring pays each month according to their payment plan, except for the two payment-free months — June and December.
If the person has debt restructuring for entrepreneurs, they usually pay us once a month or once a quarter. Payment is made to our payment service.
The money is in an interest-bearing account with us. The person must pay a fee of SEK 500 for the payment service. We deduct the fee before you get the money from us.
If payment is not made
You will receive information from us if the person who has the debt does not pay the full amount according to their payment plan. We send out notices of non-payment on a quarterly basis: in March, June, September, and December.
We also send a reminder to the person who has the debt 14 days after the due date.
