You can send us information and enquiries by email.
We can email or post information from our records to you. The way in which you receive the information depends on the laws that govern our work. You can also obtain information by calling us.
If we are not allowed to email the information, we will send it by post instead. You will also receive an email letting you know that we have posted the information. Therefore, please include your postal address when you email us.
If you have any enquiries regarding an individual, a company or a specific matter, please provide the personal identity number or company registration number of the person or organisation responsible for payment. Otherwise, we will not be able to retrieve the information.

We process your personal data when you email us. Examples of personal data include

- debt details.
It is important to us that we handle your personal data securely. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data by email.

Attachments
To enable us to open and read attached files, it is best if they are in PDF format.
But you can attach documents in the following formats:

When will you get a reply?
We usually reply within four working days. For complex enquiries, the response time may be slightly longer.
Secure email
We can handle secure emails from those with whom we have a secure email agreement; no one else. We can only enter into agreements with public authorities and companies.

You can find your private content on My Pages. Log in to see which cases you have with us, for example, whether you have received any orders or have applied for orders to pay or have cases being enforced.
