Pay the Enforcement Authority

Do you or your company have an unpaid debt to a private individual, public authority, or company, who has requested our assistance in collecting the debt? If so, you must pay us. We ensure that the person you owe money gets paid.

View your balance due

You can see your debts with us by logging in to My Pages using BankID or Freja e-id+.

Different payment methods

You can pay your debt in different ways:

  • Swish via My Pages – only for private individuals
  • via bank giro from a Swedish bank
  • from a bank abroad
  • at one of our offices.

Quickest way

The quickest way to get the money recorded on your debts is if you Swish or pay via bank giro.

Swish us

You who are a private individual or sole trador can pay with Swish by logging in to My Pages. You can choose to have your payment split between all your debts or to pay a portion of a specific debt or pay the entire specific debt. To pay with Swish, you must have a Swedish mobile number.

You can only sign your Swish payment using BankID. If you have Freja e-id+, you can log in to My Pages but you cannot sign your Swish payment.

Do you not have a BankID or have questions about Swish? Contact your bank.

If you do not have a Freja e-id+, you can order it here:

  3. If you are paying on behalf of someone else, write the indebted’s personal ID or company registration number. If you want to pay only one of your debts, you will need to provide the debt or reference number showing which debt your payment covers. If you do not still have this, please feel free to contact us.

Make a voluntary payment

Remember that you can always pay off all or part of your debt voluntarily.

If you overpay

If you or the company overpay, we will refund the excess amount. It is important that you keep your account details up to date in order to ensure a quick refund. Otherwise, we will send your refund by post via Swedbank's salary and payment system (SUS). On Swedbank's website, you can register your account using Bank-id. Then you will receive the refund directly in your account. You can also redeem a bill on their website. There is no cost to join SUS.
