If you have been issued a verdict about paying a debt or carrying out some action, you are obliged to do what the verdict says. A verdict is similar to a court ruling.
The injunction for order to pay that you received earlier has now led to a verdict. You are obliged immediately to pay or carry out the action described in the verdict. If you have to pay a debt, you have to pay it to the creditor, or to their representative if they have one. Contact them to make sure you have current information about how much you have to pay and to whom. Often the creditor will have claimed interest, which will have been fixed, and then the debt grows larger until it is paid. If you are unable to pay the whole debt you can check with the creditor whether you can pay under an instalment plan.
If the creditor chooses to request our help in collecting the debt (application for execution) you will have to pay the debt to the Enforcement Authority. You will receive a Debt to Pay letter from us with a payment deadline. If the debt is not paid by that date we will investigate the possibility of carrying out an attachment of your assets. That means we may seize your property and sell it in order to pay your debt.
