When making a payment to us you should specify the BankGiro and OCR number. These will be in the letter you received from us. If you no longer have the letter, you can find the information here.
If your case concerns debt restructuring or if you’ve received a payment injunction, read further down.
If you have several debts and want to pay a specific one, you have to state that debt’s own OCR number, which will be in the letter you received from us.
If you no longer have the letter from us, you can obtain your OCR number using the OCR calculator via the link on the right.
You can use OCR numbers to divide payment between your debts if you have more than one. If you only want to pay one of your debts, please contact us and we will help you get the right OCR number for that debt.
Once you have your OCR number, pay the debt into BankGiro 5045-3158.
In some cases it is not possible to obtain an OCR number using the OCR calculator. If that happens, do as follows:
If you have several debts and only want to pay one of them, you have to state a debt or registration number that specifies which debt your payment is for. If you no longer have either of these numbers, please contact us.
You can also pay all or part of your debt at our reception desks. If you do so – you pay with card. We don’t accept American Express or Diners. Your card needs to have a chip and a PIN code.
If you pay with card at our reception desks, it takes longer time for your payment to be booked to your debts, normally seven to ten workingdays, than if you pay with an invoice with OCR number.
It’s important that you follow the instructions for payment found in the decision on debt restructuring you received from us.
Note that you cannot use the OCR calculator – you have to use the OCR number that is in your decision. If you no longer have it, please contact us.
If you’ve received a payment injunction you should not make the payment the Enforcement Authority, but directly to the creditor. If you need more details about how to pay you have to contact the creditor or his/her representative (often a debt collection company).
You can always pay all or part of your debt voluntarily. This is not the same thing as an instalment plan. More information on payment respites and instalment plans is available via the links on this page.
Even if you make voluntary payments, we are obliged to continue investigating and possibly to attach assets to pay the remaining debt.
You are always welcome to call or email us with any questions you may have.
